Position Overview:
My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files
- Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications + Experience:
- At least a 2:1 Bachelors of Law
- At least 1-year of experience supporting residential property solicitors
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to residential property.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to assist on a diverse caseload.
