This growing digital infrastructure company is now seeking to recruit a Company Secretary on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting, all-encompassing role that will report directly to the General Counsel.
The key focus to the role is to manage all corporate governance, regulatory compliance and board support to the group companies. The company, which is private equity owned, has operations in many jurisdictions and around 70 entities to date.
You'll be treated as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in this role, allowing you to drive forward excellent governance whilst fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. As such, you'll need to demonstrate that you will thrive in such a visible role, be comfortable in building key relationships with all stakeholders and help navigate the group through their plans for continued growth and expansion.
A background in working with a multinational company would be advantageous, as would experience of working on transactions, including M&A work. Whilst some processes, including the implementation of Diligent Entities, have already been put in place, there is still a lot to cut your teeth on in this role. It's certainly one that will offer a strong commercial focus.
You're likely to be CGI qualified but consideration will be given to those who do not yet have the full qualification, so long as the hands-on experience and skillset is strong. You're encouraged to apply whether you're already operating in a number one role or in a support capacity, looking to step up.
