Our client is an expanding, successful independent restaurant group, renowned for their picturesque locations across North Wales. Their restaurants, including a flagship site at Menai Bridge, are set in stunning locations such as the art deco styled Morannedd building in Criccieth and the grand Washington Building in Llandudno.
Our client is known for their fresh local produce, artisanal baked goods, and an extensive range of products offered both in-store and online. Additionally, they cater to bespoke weddings, functions, and events, showcasing their culinary creativity and commitment to quality.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in a busy, quality, casual dining environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
Full training will be provided by the client to ensure you are quickly up to speed with the Welsh market. Sponsorship on a Skilled Worker Visa is available.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing a busy, quality, casual dining restaurant.
- 2-3 years experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar in a Hotel restaurant, Cruise ship or quality casual dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you need IELTS 4.0 as a minimum for the Visa).
- Familiarity with local food and beverage trends would be a plus, but full training is given.
