WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a data-focused team within a technology-driven environment. The team has built a strong foundation to support reporting and analytics needs. There are plans to modernise and enhance data capabilities by leveraging advanced industry tools and cloud-based solutions. The team will continue to develop structured reporting resources to improve consistency across the organisation and will focus on collaborating with various departments to implement and maintain process automation solutions. The Data Warehousing Manager will play a key role in driving this transformation while ensuring the smooth operation of data and analytics services.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL principles.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in data warehousing and/or data-related development roles.
- Experience/knowledge of SAS software on a SAS 9.4 platform architecture.
- Experience/knowledge of Oracle database solutions and other database platforms (e.g., SQL Server).
- Experience with Python.
- Ability to interact with Windows and Linux OS, including batch/shell scripting at an intermediate level.
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience of change and release management processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
