An Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor is sought for a growth driven hire by a busy Corporate law department. Applications are invited from Corporate Law Solicitors with upwards of 2 PQE acquired in a strong corporate environment with deal values in the tens, scores and hundreds of millions. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and interview performance.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will join a busy and ambitious team, working alongside an experienced Partner. The day to day will vary and include the delivery of advice and counsel across multi-sector mergers and acquisitions, disposals, equity capital markets, corporate finance, VC and Private Equity entries and exits, and restructuring exercises.

Applications are invited from positively charged and ambitious Associate and Senior Associate Solicitors who are able to hit the ground running in a busy Corporate Law environment. Corporate Solicitors will have acquired upwards of 2 PQE in a highly regarded national, regional or City environment, possess a good academic foundation, a positive attitude to the day job and a can do approach to everything in life.
