Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, and OEMs) to expand our sales network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Develop channel partner sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to monitor progress and address issues and opportunities.
- Lead channel sales for our premium range of fire safety critical devices in the specification sector.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow sales team members and report directly to the Sales Director.
Key Attributes:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the fire alarm, security, or related building safety industry.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems, life safety solutions, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of BS5839 part 6 would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships.
- Hungry for new business with a consultative approach.

- Full clean driving license
- Use of private vehicle
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to attend Maidenhead office at least 2 days per week
