This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our client in Edinburgh and we require a temporary part time Chef for our client's site. Please note this is a Social Care Site situated in the EH5 area of Edinburgh.
Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience and be qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
Main duties include:
- Preparation and cooking of all meals
- Stock control
- HAACP duties
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
- Any other duties as required (Must be able to wash dishes/pots and clean the kitchen when required)
Hours of work are part time 22.5hrs per week (however flexibility on start and finish time is required).
Key Information and Benefits: £14.87 per hr.
