Job Description A highly commercial and successful global investor is looking for a Non-Executive Director to help guide the Main Contracting/delivery arm of one of their businesses on their continuing journey. Coming from a background of delivery, construction and project management, you will use your wealth of experience as a Managing Director / CEO or similar at board level to assist them. Covering strategic thinking, planning and execution across their projects, you need to be able to analyse the needs of the business and offer astute assessments to challenge current thinking where necessary. Being able to guide and direct with areas of your experience including Tender Analysis, looking at profit margins and Bids will be paramount; Having experience in the residential world in particular would be extremely beneficial too. The post will require circa one meeting per month in the North West, as well as being up-to-date on minutes and plans ahead of these, likely with more regular involvement and time commitment at the early stages to get things on track.
