Destination Services Consultant

We are seeking a Relocation Destination Services Consultant to manage relocation services for employees. You will be responsible for coordinating home searches, tenancy management, lease negotiations, and liaising with landlords and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as the main point of contact for relocation and destination services.
• Manage tenancy negotiations and relocation activities (home search, property services, check-ins/outs).
• Build relationships with relocating employees and client HR teams.
• Conduct pre-assignment briefings and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare status reports and recommend process improvements.
• Review and approve supplier invoices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in relocation, destination services, or the UK Property sector.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and lettings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are not mandatory but are a plus.
