This stunning period hotel, nestled on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors, is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading a talented team in this fine dining kitchen. The emphasis is on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern and interesting techniques with the latest chefs' kit. This is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves in a supportive environment for the region's leading Independent Gastro pub and Hotel group.
