Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join a multi-award-winning Microsoft Partner. This role involves delivering high-quality D365 CE solutions for public sector clients, driving Agile project delivery, and ensuring seamless business process optimisation. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of CRM implementations, data migration, and system performance tuning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring business process mapping and system optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, manage product backlogs, and drive Agile delivery
- Oversee data migration, integration, and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency
- Manage Agile teams, ensuring successful project execution and user adoption
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and CRM implementations
- Expertise in business analysis, system design, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead requirement gathering, user stories, and backlog refinement
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, RFP responses, and team management is a plus
