About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks a Quantity Surveyor for a large, prestigious contract. The Company turnover is in the region of £250m per annum, with civils making up £100m, but with plans for major growth in the coming years. Project values range up to £50m, and they will operate as both a Tier 1 and 2.
About the Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will assist the Project Commercial Manager on 2 schemes, valued together at £48m. Both schemes form part of a wider, major project and growth spend on a scheme that has several years longevity in it. The specific works itself will involve RC, structures and general civils. The project has recently commenced, so the Quantity Surveyor position is required to be filled as soon as possible.
