What will you do?
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and legal support to our clients, whilst working with our team of employment solicitors to case manage our settlement agreement cases. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced business where high volumes of interaction with clients and stakeholders are required, each one requiring appropriate focus and attention to deliver positive outcomes and ensure that deadlines are met.
You will be dealing with clients that are losing their jobs either due to redundancy or a dispute with their employer. You will be holding their hand through this difficult and stressful time so that they feel cared for and supported. This is a 100% remote role where you will be working from home. All equipment will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team that is connected through our phone, messaging and video call systems.
