About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Programmatic Executive to join our digital team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will play a key part in delivering effective and innovative campaigns that drive real results for our clients or brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, trafficking, and management of programmatic campaigns (display, video, native, etc.) across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing daily, ensuring KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or clients to define targeting strategies and creative requirements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Produce regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies in the programmatic space.
  • Support the Programmatic Manager and wider media team in delivering integrated marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying (internships or junior roles accepted).
  • Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker).
  • Understanding of digital metrics and campaign attribution.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DMPs, ad servers (e.g., Campaign Manager 360), or dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and data strategy.
  • Experience in verticals such as retail, travel, or finance is a plus.
