We are looking for an experienced and energetic assistant manager/supervisor to join our concession team at Selfridges London. This is an exciting and challenging environment within a store whose vision is to be the destination for the most extraordinary customer experience by surprising, amazing, and amusing their visitors and making everyone feel welcome.
Requirements:- Minimum of two years' experience in the luxury retail sector in London, ideally jewellery.
- Previous management experience is not essential but will help.
- Driven and passionate about building your career in retail.
- Ability to drive sales and lead by example to encourage the team to achieve company and host store sales targets.
- Create a customer-centric culture by constantly reviewing our service proposition to exceed customers' expectations as we strive to be the market leaders.
- Assisting the manager with staff schedules to always ensure maximum floor coverage in line with core hours.
- Flexible around Selfridges store opening hours.
- Consistently meeting high standards of staff presentation are adhered to.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company and Host Store and ensure these are communicated effectively and understood and followed by the team.
- Assist the manager in the development of the team so that they can perform to their best ability.
- Impeccable spoken and written English, we welcome all other spoken languages.
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, utilising all methods of communication.
