Our client, a well-established law firm in London, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the firm maintains the highest standards of compliance, adheres to SRA regulations, and achieves Lexcel and ISO accreditation. Flexible remote working options are available as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with SRA Codes of Conduct
- Record and monitor compliance breaches for COLP/COFA
- Handle and manage client complaints
- Oversee anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and awareness
- Prepare for Lexcel and ISO audits
- Maintain and update the firm’s plans, registers, and policies
- Keep the Office Manual up to date
- Implement the firm’s audit plan
