Senior Executive Search Consultant

We have launched a new Technology Executive Search arm to Formula Recruitment.

We will be providing our rich network of high-growth startups to enterprise technology companies with a leading executive search facility, to support there strategical growth.

Position Summary:

As the Technology Executive Search Consultant, you will lead our new Formula Recruitment Technology vertical, establishing our firm as a go-to resource for C-level and senior technology executive placements (CTO, CIO, CISO, VP Engineering, etc.).

You\’ll be joining a firm with an established warm network of technology leaders, which you\’ll leverage and expand upon while developing the vertical from the ground up.

In this role, you\’ll build relationships with both clients and candidates, using your deep understanding of the technology landscape and executive leadership requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Formula Recruitment Technology vertical as a new business line.
• Leverage and expand our existing warm network of technology leaders across industries.
• Support the strategic vision, market positioning, and growth plan for the technology practice.
• Develop and execute search strategies for senior technology leadership roles.
• Stay current on technology industry trends, leadership requirements, and compensation benchmarks
• Potential to build and lead a team of recruiters as the vertical grows

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in executive search, with a focus on technology leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale a recruitment practice.
• Strong understanding of technology leadership functions and their evolving requirements.
• Exceptional network-building skills with the ability to cultivate existing relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully completed executive placements.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in technology roles or technology industry preferred.

Location:

This position can be based in either our London Victoria or St Ives Cornwall offices with flexibility for remote work 1-2 days a week.
