The predicted salary is between 25500 - 50000 £ per year.

Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow and occasional travel to Newcastle

Salary: £25,500 basic increasing with role progression plus uncapped commission (up to £50,000 OTE)

Job type: Full Time (40hrs per week)

Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Holidays: 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 years' service

As a Field After-Sales Executive, you will be:

  • Dealing with escalated high-level complaints
  • Installing and providing technical assistance and routine maintenance to Verisure security systems at our customers' premises with a focus on first time fix solutions.
  • Providing a detailed, informed walk-through of the Verisure Alarm system.
  • Establishing, building and managing strong long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying reasons why the customer is thinking of leaving and establishing benefits that will improve the customer experience
  • Ensuring we are always promoting what is currently best for customer security solution in order to retain customer accounts
  • Troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.
  • Managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules.

Required criteria:

  • Strong English communication skills and a good team player
  • Ability to start and keep conversation going, taking over the responsibility of resolving the ongoing issues
  • Striving to achieve performance and customer targets to earn bonus
  • Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction
  • A clean manual driving licence
  • Engineering/Technical/Retentions/Sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
