An exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers professional to join a leading international law firm to be responsible for facilitating a ‘best-in-class’ recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders across EMEA.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Early Careers recruitment team to deliver across graduates and apprentices (both legal and business services) and other Early Careers programmes within the firm.
  • Partner with the leadership teams to identify and shape current and future needs for early talent.
  • Collaborate with the in-country HR Business Partner teams to enable the delivery of a best-practice, consistent service to each region.
  • Demonstrate a progressive recruitment approach and a continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Create and maintain content related to the promotion of Early Career roles and development of the employment brand.
  • Manage candidate engagement throughout the Early Careers recruitment processes and provide support and guidance to deliver a ‘class leading’ candidate experience.

Key skills and experience required:

  • An in-depth market expertise within Early Careers, ideally gained within a law firm, or a professional services environment. EMEA experience advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of talent acquisition best practice, a true subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Proven success in developing attraction campaigns, with a focus on the acquisition of talent from a diverse background.
  • Highly skilled at building relationships to engage and gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
