Excellent career opportunity for an experienced ecommerce manager to help a luxury multichannel retailer embarking on its digital transformation. Reporting to the Ecom Director, you will play an important role in the growth of the D2C site and grow the digital presence of the brand.
As the Ecommerce Lead or Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and executing the launch of new products often. You will obsess on the customer journey and work closely with the marketing and analytical team to improve CRO and site optimisation. The role suits a website and user journey-focused ecom manager who also understands and has a track record driving sales.
As e-commerce lead, you will collaborate closely with the usual suspects across marketing, analysts, retail, wholesale etc., acting as the e-commerce ambassador and expert for the website. You'll also work closely with the e-commerce merchandisers and develop marketplace opportunities. Assisting in implementing new technologies and systems to enhance the website functionality and customer experience is also part of the role.
Work closely with the omnichannel team to help create a truly aspirational customer-centric experience. The role is perfect for an e-commerce pro heavy on website functionality with a few battle scars managing projects and driving sales online for a luxury or fast-paced business.
Very desirable you will have Shopify experience (Shopify Plus) and have worked in a multichannel environment. You will be very strong at web analysis with experience of GA4. A commercial leader who can take ownership and accountability.
