An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager for our site in Highworth, Swindon. Reporting to the Build Manager, your primary responsibility will be the management of the development to meet the Company production objectives relating to safety, quality, production, presentation, financial performance, in addition to achieving the required levels of site presentation and service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project management role.
- Experience in all build stages.
- SMSTS Qualified.
- First Aid trained.
- Valid NVQ and CSCS Card.
- Good working knowledge of various building regulations and NHBC standards.
- Competent user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
