As a payment’s administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining our company’s payment procedures. You will work closely with internal teams to support the smooth execution of transactions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute, manage and monitor payment processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution
- Verify transaction data for accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve processing workflows
- Liaise with banks when required to add or fix access or payment issues

- Has previous experience working within a financial environment (desirable but not essential)
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is capable of following defined processes and procedures
- Has good written and communication skills
- Is computer literate, with great Excel skills
