Eden Scott’s client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Sales Support individual to join their team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), providing essential administrative assistance, and preparing client reports. This position is ideal for someone with experience in financial services administration who is passionate about delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, including managing client files, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the preparation of client review packs, suitability reports, and other essential documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and support for the IFA team.
  • Update and maintain CRM and other systems to ensure client records are current and compliant.
  • Liaise with clients, assisting with queries and providing updates on behalf of the advisers as required.
  • Support the compliance process by ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support clients and advisers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial industry software is an advantage.
