3 days a week (hybrid working model) for 3 months in South West England.

Overview: We are seeking a Nourish/Quality Specialist to support our client's service. As a Nourish Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the care plans are up-to-date and aligned with CQC standards whilst also supporting the team with the implementation of the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to implement the Service Improvement Plan
  • Update and enhance care plans, ensuring they are in line with the latest CQC guidelines
  • Implement templates into the system to streamline care documentation
  • Refresh and update all policies and procedures to meet the highest quality standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
  • Proficiency in using the Nourish platform and implementing templates
  • Proven medication management experience; system transition is preferable
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
