Blue Diamond Recruitment is working with a growing business, where culture and professional development is their focus. This business works on a range of projects and has an excellent pipeline, predominantly residential for volume house builders; however, their portfolio also includes Commercial and Retail projects.
As part of the Planning team, you will work on projects in strategic planning, development management and project coordination for clients. The existing team is strong and tight knit, therefore this position would suit a successful professional who can work well as part of a team and is passionate about their work.
The person they appoint as Senior Planner will be an experienced professional, ideally with or working towards MRTPI accreditation, a commercial mindset and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge across all planning aspects. Excellent analytical, written and communication skills are a requirement along with a desire to progress and support junior members of the team.
