One of our clients in London is hiring for a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst for a growth position.

Key Skills:

  • User Support - 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience to resolve tickets within SLAs
  • System Administration and Maintenance - focusing on integrity and quality of system and data
  • Process adoption - Testing systems to ensure smooth deployments and collaborate with wider team and stakeholders
