Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
You’ll have the opportunity to advise a diverse client base, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload.
