We are working closely with an impressive, growth SME business who are currently going through a rapid expansion project in order to cope with a consistent increase in demand for their service and products. Their business is well positioned to cope and grow, regardless of the general economic pressures and despite the growth, they have retained a strong 'family feel’ and a highly supportive environment.

Whilst they are a commercial business, this position involves growing and maintaining existing clients and being the first point of contact for all incoming queries and escalations. Therefore, communication skills and an ability to engage with customers is a highly beneficial attribute for this position.

If you are either looking to build or further develop existing account management skills, this role will offer that opportunity as you will be working with a hands-on Client Relationship Manager. It is a fast-paced environment and will allow you to be a key part in supporting the growth of the business and gaining satisfaction by overseeing developing relationships from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up regular meetings with new and existing customers to review business levels
  • Attending exhibitions
  • Networking via social media such as LinkedIn
  • Working with the Claims Manager to raise any incoming escalations
  • Identifying key account drivers when re-contracting existing clients

With flexible working after the six-month probationary period and additional benefits, this is a company with a soul and a strong focus on development.
