Blue Diamond Recruitment is working with a growing business, where culture and professional development is their focus. They offer a hard working, yet relaxed environment where teamwork is key to how they operate towards targets. This business works on a range of projects and has an excellent pipeline, predominantly residential for volume house builders; however, their portfolio also includes Commercial and Retail projects.
As part of the Planning team, you will lead on projects in strategic planning, development management and project coordination for clients. You will take the lead on high profile projects and support/mentor junior members of the team. The existing team is strong and tight knit; therefore this position would suit a successful professional who can work well as part of a team and is passionate about their work.
The person appointed will be a proven, well connected professional who can help grow the business. RTPI accreditation is a requirement, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to demonstrate excellent knowledge across all planning aspects. Excellent analytical, written and communication skills are required, along with a desire to progress and support junior members of the team. There is a Director programme in place to support progression.
