The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the strategic partner for key clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our suite of AML tools. What We Are Looking For

  • Proven success in a commercial Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Background in Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of AML regulation or RegTech SaaS solutions
  • Skilled at objection handling and resolving escalations with diplomacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning
