I am working closely with a well established Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join their warm team on a contract basis.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the Boards, Board Committees and sub-committees.
  • Meeting planning, logistics, and agenda setting.
  • Paper compilation, review for governance purposes and distribution.
  • Attendance at relevant meetings for minuting.
  • Support in the arranging of regulatory meetings requested by Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA and other regulators as appropriate.

Insurance or Financial Services experience is ideal, and strong minute taking skills are essential.
