An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and forward-thinking Solicitor to join a growing real estate team within a progressive and independent law firm. Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in commercial real estate

• Proven ability to manage property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing

• Experience drafting and negotiating servitudes, wayleaves, and related property rights

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

Skills:

• Clear, confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Commercially aware and proactive in managing workload and financials
