Overview:

A senior opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established litigation team in Glasgow. You\’ll handle a broad caseload of complex, high-value disputes spanning property litigation, commercial matters, and professional negligence. With succession planning in mind, this role offers real scope to help shape the team\’s long-term direction.

Experience:

• 6+ years\’ PQE in dispute resolution
• Track record managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
• Experience representing both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders

Responsibilities:

• Lead significant cases and contribute to the team\’s strategic growth
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Play an active role in developing the firm\’s wider litigation offering

Skills:

• Confident advocacy and clear client communication
• Commercial awareness and ability to handle competing demands
