Retail Banking Lawyer - 9 month FTC

Ashurst Reach are recruiting independent consultants with expertise in Retail Banking to join our panel for opportunities in London with occasion travel to Birmingham. We are looking for consultant lawyers with:

• A UK legal qualification and a valid practising certificate (or equivalent) which entitles you to practise as a lawyer in the UK.
• 3 + years\’ experience advising on retail banking and associated regulations in-house or in private practice.
• Experience in current accounts, overdrafts, savings and FX products
• Knowledge and experience of retail banking law (e.g. BCOBs,
• PSRs)
• Knowledge and experience of regulated lending is preferable (e.g. overdrafts, CCA
• Enthusiastic and collaborative approach
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
