R&V Ltd is looking for individuals who have an upbeat personality who are ready to work as care assistants/nurses/midwives/operating department practitioners for our client. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding and respectful towards the residents' individual abilities and own a car.
Essential:
- Evidence of professional and clinical knowledge acquired through training to degree/diploma level leading to Professional registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register (i.e. Adult / Child / Learning Disability or Mental Health)
- Previous/recent experience working in an acute secondary health and care setting (can include undergraduate student placements within the last 12 months)
- UK Professional Registration
- Requirements: PIN number, DBS, National insurance number, Right to work in UK
- Previous experience is essential
- Health and social care relevant trainings
- Must be able to drive and have access to their own car to commute to and from the service
- Manual Handling Practical training
Nurse/Midwife/Operation Department Practitioner needed:
- Supernumerary, clinical lead/oversight/high delivery
- Working with management team to turnaround clinical side of the home
- High performing individual needed
- General trained nurse
- 8-12 weeks - flexible with weekends and day shifts only
- Full handover will be given - won't be left alone.
- Working knowledge of PCS
Your Nurse/Midwife/Operation Department Practitioner role will include:
- Valid NMC or HCPC registration
- Experience in a care home, hospital or similar setting
- Adept in using clinical equipment and administering medication
- Ability to document and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and their families
- Ability to work in and lead a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing resident needs
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS no older than 12 months on update service (if less than 6 months in UK valid police check from origin country)
- PIN Number
- National insurance number
- Right to work in UK
- Previous experience is essential
- Health and social care relevant trainings
- Manual Handling Practical training
- Copies of references (minimum two references)
- Current statement of good general health and a certificate of fitness to work from an occupational health service or trained Nurse or general practitioner
