The role of a Shift Leader is exciting and fulfilling. You will be responsible for leading a team in the day to day care of the young people ensuring that their needs are met in line with a structured care plan. It can be challenging at times but every day is different and watching a child grow and achieve their full potential can give you a huge sense of pride and achievement.

The minimum age requirement for this role is 21. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence. Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
