This senior role is pivotal in linking Business Development, Estimating, Sales and Marketing functions for this prestigious stonemasonry company's work-winning resources to secure the right projects and contracts, as well as further developing relationships with existing clients.
Responsible for leading a team to secure multi-million pound tenders, you will have proven experience within Architecture and construction, understand how to position within the market to generate opportunities, have a strong understanding of the realities of timelines involved and a proven background of seeing high level projects from inception, handing to the projects team, and on to delivery.
You will ideally have a career that’s covered marketing, business development, construction - preferably high end - financials and estimating.
We expect excellent communication skills, inspirational leadership, people management, CAD skills and preferably usage of Bluebeam.
