A fantastic opportunity for an experienced London based UHNW Private Assistant who would like to split their time between London and the Alps! This busy and varied role combines administration, financial management and a wide array of personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-orientated, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting & Financial Support: Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and liaising with accountants.
- Household & Vendor Management: Oversee household administration, liaise with service providers, and manage property-related tasks.
- Archiving & Document Management: Organise, maintain, and digitise items in storage. Coordinate with auction houses and insurance valuers.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel and appointments as needed.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal correspondence, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience as a Private Assistant.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German a plus.
- Flexibility to work from Switzerland 1–2 weeks per month.
