– JCT & NEC4, Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, Completing Final account negotiations Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related (as Commercial Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Director) If you have been managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account, with contractual management/ cost control
