Job Title: Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Location: Bromsgrove NHS Contract Type: Agency Contract Shifts: 3 shifts per week (mix of days and nights) About the Role: Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the team at Bromsgrove NHS. This is an agency contract role where you will work 3 shifts per week, covering both day and night shifts. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, completing risk assessments, and developing care plans on a weekly basis. You will also be responsible for overseeing the shift as the Nurse in Charge (NIC) . Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop care plans for patients. Be the Nurse in Charge of the shift, providing leadership and support to the team. Provide mental health support to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring high standards of care. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care reviews. Use your clinical expertise to manage patient safety and well-being effectively.
