Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director and wider sales team. This role involves PA duties, event coordination and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diary Management
- Arranging Pre-Forum Calls
- Expense Management
- Meeting Minutes
- Arranging Interviews
- Preparing Documents
- Ad-hoc PA Support
Requirements:
- 3 years+ experience in Personal Assisting position or a similar administrative role, experience in the staffing or sales industry is a plus.
- Experience in Events and Marketing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
