You will contribute to the success and achievement of the club, striving for excellence and optimal service provision within the Psychology and Mental Wellbeing club framework. You will work closely with players providing one-to-one psychological support tailored to their needs and to help develop personalised mental performance plans to support their development and performance in elite football.

Your psychologist background: We are looking for an individual who holds the following qualifications and has the following strengths:
- PhD or a Masters in Psychology
- Proven experience working in elite sport
- A strong understanding of psychological demands of elite football and the ability to work effectively in a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with players
- A vibrant individual with a positive attitude and a team player
