Job Title: Production Operative Location : Dalton, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3SS Salary: £37,000 Job Type: Full Time, Permanent About us: I\’Anson Bros Ltd is one of the leading animal feed manufacturers in the UK, a family-owned company with a 124-year history and a forward-looking approach to business, serving a local, national, and international customer base. The headquarters is based in Masham, North Yorkshire with a new facility recently added at Dalton, Thirsk. What we\’re looking for: Production operatives to join our expanding team at Dalton, Thirsk. We require enthusiastic individuals, who are self-motivated. We operate with a degree of complexity; thus the individual must be accurate in their work and willing to learn. The site is a modern hygienic production facility, the individual must be prepared to conduct basic level hygiene duties. Must be willing to work shifts, additional overtime available. What we offer you: Competitive hourly rate & shift allowance. 22 days holiday (increasing over years served) + bank holidays. Entry into the company pension scheme. Fuel allowance, to cover your travel to work based on your postcode. Death in service provision. Annual bonus. A strong team ethic.
