As the CRM Assistant, you will support the CRM team in the briefing and deployment of emails, test creation, customer targeting and segmentation, email QA process and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on campaign creation, from concept through to deployment
- Work with Responsys ESP to set up, test and QA email campaigns
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on channel plans
- Support on the day-to-day management of the email plan for BAU campaigns
- Staying in the know on industry insights and trends, sharing these with the wider team to support the optimisation of Liberty emails
- Create summaries and share insights from CRM campaigns with key stakeholders
