About the Agency: This independent agency works only with specialist clients, focusing on quality.

About the Role: As Studio / Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of a studio with a mix of creatives (some freelancers). You will be responsible for this team as well as implementing the best working practices. The company works with a mix of brands, and along with your team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

About You: To be considered for this Studio Manager role, you will have proven experience of running a studio. You will have experience managing a team with varying levels and an appreciation and understanding of creative work. We are looking for someone who is a great problem solver. You should be familiar with spreadsheets and have experience leading operational processes.
