This award-winning creative agency has a super exciting opportunity for a Production/Studio Manager to join their growing team working with luxury clients! You'll be from a creative or artwork background and want a more operations or leadership role.

About the Agency: This is a fast-paced, creative design studio with a collaborative and culture-focused team environment. The agency values efficiency, creativity, and a well-run, inspiring space.

About the Role: As Production/Studio Manager you'll oversee studio operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will involve managing schedules, diaries, and logistics to keep projects and people on track. You’ll be the go-to person for the team, supporting both creative and client service functions. Maintaining an inspiring, well-stocked studio environment is key, along with coordinating with clients and suppliers for bookings, meetings, and logistics. You'll support the leadership team with admin, events, and internal initiatives, and you'll play a big part in shaping studio culture by organising socials, celebrations, and team moments. You'll also be streamlining internal processes to remove bottlenecks, managing budgets for studio expenses, and making sure everything—from the coffee machine to the creative workflow—is running at its best.

About You: You'll have previous Production/Studio Management experience in a creative environment. Organisation is your strong suit—you run a tight ship and keep everything on track. With a problem-solving mindset, you spot issues before they arise and handle them efficiently. You’re a people person who boosts morale, supports the team, and helps foster a positive studio culture. Logistics come naturally to you, from managing diaries to liaising with suppliers and coordinating studio needs. You understand the fast-moving nature of the creative industry and bring energy and adaptability to match. You're tech-savvy, confident using project management tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling software. Communication is second nature—you work seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. Most importantly, you’re proactive and adaptable. You don’t wait around—you anticipate needs and take action.

To apply for this role we're looking for someone who is well connected with their own 'little black book' of freelance contacts, who can lead a team, be firm when needed, plan work, and understands the creative process.
