About the Agency: This independent agency works only with specialist clients, focusing on quality.

About the role: As Studio / Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of a studio with a mix of creatives (some freelancers). You will be responsible for this team as well as implementing the best working practices. The company works with a mix of brands, and along with your team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

About you: To be considered for this Studio Manager role, you will have proven previous experience of running a studio. You will have experience managing a team with varying levels and an appreciation and understanding of creative work. We are looking for someone who is a great problem solver. You should be familiar with spreadsheets and have experience leading operational processes.

We are looking for someone who is well connected with their own "little black book" of freelance contacts, who can lead a team, be firm when needed, plan work, and understand the creative process.
