We are working alongside a top-tier offshore law firm who are seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join their team based in the Cayman Islands, working on high-value cross-border transactions in a dynamic jurisdiction.

Salaries for 3 PQE lawyers start at around US$170k (completely tax-free - roughly equivalent to a gross salary of £230k in the UK), plus a discretionary bonus and a relocation package.
Please note that all applicants must have the following skills and experience in order to be considered:
- Qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
- 3 years' post-qualification experience (or nearly 3 years as this is the minimum requirement for overseas-qualified lawyers)
- M&A, Private Equity and general corporate advisory experience
- Investment funds and/or regulatory experience an asset
- Strong academic record
- Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands in mid-late 2025
- A positive, can-do attitude
