One of our most exclusive clients, a luxury country house hotel near Ascot, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their renowned 2 Rosette restaurant. They are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead the team at their charming brasserie-style food outlet.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• £48,000 to £50,000 per annum (DOE) plus up to a 20% bonus and circa £2,000 service charge = Circa £60,000 package

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Leading, developing, and mentoring the front-of-house team to uphold the highest standards of service, creating an unforgettable guest experience.
• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service, from guest interaction to table presentation, upholding the hotel\’s prestigious reputation.
• Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to maintain seamless communication and deliver a flawless, memorable dining experience.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a dedicated front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and creating memorable moments for guests in a sophisticated brasserie-style setting.
