We are a dynamic company seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Client Manager. This role focuses on client relationship management while supporting our financial operations in a supportive and flexible work environment.
As an Assistant Client Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and solid accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and serve as their point of contact for financial matters
- Support senior management with client-facing activities
- Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
- Contribute to process improvements for accounting workflows
- Coordinate with the internal bookkeeping team on client financial matters
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information delivery to clients
- Semi-senior level experience in accounting
- AAT qualified and/or studying toward ACCA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing client relationships preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary range of £25,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
- In-office position (5 days per week during probation)
- 4 days in office and 1 day at home after successful completion of probation period
