We are looking for great people to join as Shift Managers. A great career opportunity to join the world's largest pizza delivery company; a place where winning, service, quality and relationships are values that underpin all that we do.
Your role as a Shift Manager is key to supporting the franchisee and senior management team to ensure the store is run efficiently and in accordance with the company policies and procedures. You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.
We'll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader. You'll be someone who is outgoing, open, up for the challenge and keen to develop your personal communication skills. On top of this however you will be someone willing to enter into the spirit of Domino's, to work hard, to go the extra mile and to learn from those around you.
